Job summary

Trellix is seeking an Associate Solution Consultant – Security Incident Handler to join our Elite Security Operations Task Force. The role blends on-site collaboration with remote work, focusing on 24x7 security monitoring and rapid incident response across customer environments.

You will work with Trellix products and services, perform host/network forensics, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. Strong communication skills and a passion for cybersecurity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in Information Security.
• Bachelor's Degree; CS/IT or related cyber field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security monitoring and incident response.
• Experience with Trellix products is a plus.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to security incidents in production environments.
• Investigate malware infections and mitigate threats.
• Perform host and network forensics during incidents.
• Create end-of-engagement reports, DFIR reports, and executive summaries.
• Identify new client opportunities and assist with proposals.
