Rubrik is seeking a Manager, CyberSecurity Risk Management to lead the security risk program and drive cross‑functional risk assessments, remediation tracking, and governance reporting. You’ll partner with Security, Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to deliver measurable risk reductions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity risk management or GRC.
• 3+ years in a program or project management role.
• Experience scaling a cybersecurity risk program in SaaS or cloud.
• Strong knowledge of risk methodologies and security frameworks.
• Ability to communicate risk to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional risk assessments and risk remediation.
• Maintain risk registers with ownership, status, and target dates.
• Draft risk statements translating findings into business impact.
• Prepare risk governance materials for leadership reviews.
• Build dashboards and KPIs to report risk posture.
• Support enterprise, technical, and third‑party risk assessments.
• Influence stakeholders and drive risk closure with owners.
• Pilot AI-enabled risk workflows and improve processes.
