Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Manager, CyberSecurity Risk Management to help drive Rubrik's cybersecurity risk program. You will coordinate cross-functional risk assessments, track remediation, and produce risk reporting for leadership, partnering with Security, Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Finance.

The role requires strong program management, risk knowledge, and the ability to influence at all levels. Remote work is supported, with compensation aligned to U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity risk management or GRC.
• 3+ years in a program or project management role.
• Experience scaling a cybersecurity risk program in SaaS/cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001/2, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional risk assessments and remediation.
• Draft risk statements with business impact and assumptions.
• Maintain risk register with ownership, status, and dates.
• Prepare leadership risk updates and dashboards.
• Support risk governance, including risk committee materials.
• Map activities to compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC 2, FedRAMP, PCI, HIPAA).
• Drive risk assessment execution and evidence gathering with stakeholders.
• Assist with GRC tooling and automation initiatives.
