Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Manager, CyberSecurity Risk Management to join our Information Security team. You will drive day-to-day execution of the cybersecurity risk program, coordinating cross-functional risk assessments and tracking remediation to closure while delivering risk reporting to leadership.

You will partner with Security, Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity risk management or GRC

Responsibilities

• Support operations for the Cybersecurity Risk Management Program
• Draft risk statements translating findings into business impact
• Maintain and update the risk register with ownership and dates
• Coordinate cross-functional risk initiatives and track milestones
• Drive risk remediation to closure with risk owners
• Prepare materials for risk committee meetings and risk reviews
• Analyze program metrics and build leadership dashboards
• Support enterprise, technical, and third-party risk assessments
• Document evidence and validate control implementations with stakeholders
• Map activities to frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI DSS and HIPAA
• Contribute to risk quantification for business prioritization
• Assist GRC tooling, automation, and AI-enabled improvements
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements
