Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in cybersecurity
• 3+ years leading cybersecurity programs or cross-functional projects
• Experience managing security vendors, contracts, SLAs, metrics, and remediation
• Experience coordinating security deployments across infrastructure, endpoints, networks, apps
• Experience creating security awareness communications and executive reports
• Strong program and project management skills with risk tracking and delivery oversight
• Ability to translate security risk into business impact for executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership
• Sound judgment and accountability, balancing security with operations

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, and continuously improve enterprise cybersecurity programs and security initiatives
• Coordinate deployments with Infrastructure, Support, providers, and teams to meet security objectives with minimal disruption
• Assess security solutions for suitability, risk, and alignment with PAM Health requirements
• Create phased implementation plans with milestones, dependencies, and risk controls
• Identify security risks and elevate items requiring executive direction
• Manage security vendor relationships, performance, remediation commitments, and accountability
• Monitor SLAs, metrics, outages, and provider value; drive improvements
• Coordinate vendor incident response and post-incident reviews
• Lead cybersecurity awareness programs and employee education
• Develop security metrics, dashboards, and executive risk summaries
• Formalize incident response, governance, and cross-functional processes
• Build partnerships across cybersecurity, clinical, technical, and business teams
• Recommend portfolio enhancements and forward-looking technology planning
• Promote collaboration and high ethical standards across the organization
