Job summary

Tier4 Group in Houston is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead enterprise IAM initiatives, including PAM and Secrets Management. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive on-time delivery across multiple workstreams.

The role requires 8+ years in project management within large enterprises, hands-on leadership, and strong executive communication. It is a 6-12 month contract with potential extension and W2 benefits.

Qualifications

8+ years of project or program management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
Proven experience leading IAM, PAM, or broader Identity Security initiatives.
Ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
Experience facilitating executive steering committees, governance forums, and leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise IAM, PAM, and Secrets Management initiatives across multiple projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical-path activities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application Development, and IT Operations.
Drive execution via regular reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder engagement.
Identify risks early and implement remediation strategies to keep programs on track.
Establish ownership and target dates for all actions and remediation efforts.
