Job summary

GBTI Solutions Inc seeks a Program Manager to lead the Cybersecurity Support Services contract, ensuring schedule, quality, and successful execution. You will coordinate with the Government COR and Cybersecurity Management Branch Chief, driving transformation and automation initiatives.

The role requires extensive IT program management experience, security clearances, and certifications, with a focus on delivering on-time, compliant outcomes across a 15–20-person team.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• PMP certification from PMI.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certification.
• CISSP certification.
• 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in a program management role overseeing programs of similar size and complexity.
• Annual budget of at least $2.5 Million and a team of 15–20 personnel under federal security compliance.
• Five consecutive years of recent leadership experience.
• Five years of experience managing digital transformation or automation programs.
• TOGAF experience; Agile/DevOps desirable.
• Flexible work-from-home options.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all contract activities.
• Maintain real-time status tracking of deliverables and notify the COR/KO of delays with remediation plans.
• Develop and maintain the contractor’s Quality Control Program (QCP) and ensure QASP compliance.
• Perform continuous risk management and maintain Risk & Issue Log.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports focused on outcomes, performance metrics, risks, and digital labor progress.
• Lead the development and execution of the Digital Labor and Automation Strategy and Transition Plan (target: transition 10–15% of labor to digital/automated solutions by start of FY27).
• Facilitate periodic progress meetings and maintain effective communication with Government stakeholders.
• Manage Key Personnel changes in accordance with contract requirements and ensure all personnel meet required qualifications.
• Oversee travel coordination and reporting.
