Job summary

CTG is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead enterprise cybersecurity and OT security initiatives. The role involves steering complex programs, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating across cross-functional teams and consulting partners in large enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in cybersecurity or PM, strong executive communication, and experience with consulting engagements (T&M or fixed scope).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity or project management experience.
• Experience delivering OT cybersecurity initiatives.
• Proven success managing multi-stakeholder enterprise programs.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing consulting engagements (T&M and/or fixed scope).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity and OT security projects from planning through execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and consulting partners.
• Drive discovery activities, roadmap development, and implementation planning.
• Support privileged access management initiatives and cybersecurity governance.
• Present project updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
