Job summary

ERP International, LLC is seeking a Full Time Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and reporting of enterprise cybersecurity programs across federal environments.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in federal programs and 5+ years in program management, with strong skills in governance, risk, and executive communications. This remote role includes occasional travel and opportunities to work with leading-edge technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 8+ years of federal program, cybersecurity, or technology modernization experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience developing executive communications, reports, and briefings.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, risk management, governance, or compliance concepts.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of cybersecurity and information security programs.
• Develop integrated program schedules, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership organizations.
• Monitor program progress, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of program deliverables and strategic objectives.
