Job summary

9th Way Insignia is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs COSE program. You will maintain integrated work plans, delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items for cybersecurity workstreams.

You will track staffing, labor utilization, deliverable status, and performance metrics, and prepare concise status reports for program leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Seven+ years of project control, project management, program operations, or delivery coordination experience.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, IT modernization, cloud, or systems-engineering delivery efforts.
• Ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and reporting in a complex, multi-team environment.
• Strong organization, written communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated work plans, delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items for cybersecurity workstreams.
• Track staffing, labor utilization, deliverable status, and performance measures; prepare concise status reports for program leadership.
• Coordinate meetings, capture decisions, manage follow-up actions, and keep project records current.
• Support change control, release readiness, issue escalation, and stakeholder communications.
• Work with technical leads to translate delivery priorities into executable project plans.
