Job summary

Connected Logistics in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead Cybersecurity Architecture and Engineering Services for the VA OIS COSE program. The role serves as the primary Government interface and oversees contract execution, staffing, quality, risk, and financial performance across cybersecurity disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as business, cybersecurity, CS, or information systems.
• Minimum 10 years of information security experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading cybersecurity and cloud security programs at large Federal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for all contract activities and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary Government interface and stakeholder liaison.
• Manage a multidisciplinary cybersecurity workforce across architecture, engineering, AI, C-SCRM, BETSIE/CDM, and knowledge management.
• Direct program planning, staffing, risk management, resource allocation, and performance reporting.
• Ensure delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives aligned to VA strategic objectives.
• Lead governance activities, executive briefings, and customer engagements.
• Oversee quality management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate technical priorities across architecture, engineering, risk management, and modernization.
