Job summary

Connected Logistics seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead Cybersecurity Architecture and Engineering services for the VA OIS COSE program. You will act as the primary Government interface, overseeing contract execution, staffing, quality assurance, and risk management for cybersecurity initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in Information Security, 5+ years in federal cybersecurity programs, and experience with FedRAMP, RMF, and ATO. Substitutions via IAT/IAM/IASAE III are possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, CS, IS, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of Information Security experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading cybersecurity programs at a large Federal agency or enterprise.
• Experience with FedRAMP, RMF, ATO, cybersecurity architecture, security engineering, and cloud modernization.
• IAT III/IAM III or IASAE III certification may substitute for a relevant bachelor's degree or four years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for all contract activities and deliverables.
• Serve as primary government interface and stakeholder liaison.
• Manage multidisciplinary cybersecurity workforce across architecture, engineering, and risk management.
• Oversee program planning, staffing, budgets, risk reporting, and performance metrics.
• Ensure delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives aligned to VA objectives.
• Lead governance activities, briefings, and customer engagements.
• Coordinate priorities across architecture, engineering, risk, and modernization efforts.
