The position includes design, advisory, and marketing support responsibilities across a 4-month initial phase and potential annual appointment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four years of work experience related to the subject matter.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Deep knowledge of the program subject matter.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly to learners.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to help learners develop.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain program curriculum, including description, outcomes, and course list.
• Annually review and revise curriculum and course outcomes.
• Collaborate with instructors to update courses based on learner feedback and industry changes.
• Advise course SMEs and instructors; participate in searches as appropriate.
• Support enrollment and marketing efforts by collaborating with the marketing team to promote the program.
