Job summary

Udacity, now an Accenture company, is looking for Session Leads to provide world-class technical support to learners in Nanodegree programs. You will host weekly virtual sessions, guide group activities, and help students progress through their studies.

We seek professionals with strong cybersecurity knowledge, teaching experience, and the ability to engage and motivate a diverse, international student community.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to teach technical concepts clearly.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge including risk, controls, and best practices.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk mitigations in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly checkpoint sessions with students.
• Coordinate between students and Udacity Connect team.
• Report attendance and progress to mentor dashboards.
• Explain Nanodegree concepts to groups and answer questions.
• Monitor and respond to student queries during sessions.
• Maintain active communication on community platform.
