Converge Technology Solutions seeks a Cybersecurity Sr. Sales Specialist/Principal Architect/Field CISO to cover the West Coast, with remote options across Seattle, San Francisco Bay Area/Northern CA, and Los Angeles/Southern CA.

This senior field role drives OEM sales, guides discovery, and architects security solutions for enterprise accounts. You will collaborate with Account Executives and the Delivery Practice to design, position, and proposals that expand platform adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience in security architecture or advisory roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise or commercial accounts in a pre-sales or consulting capacity.
• Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity platforms and architectures.
• Proven ability to scope services and communicate technical solutions to executive audiences.
• Experience working within a VAR, SI, or consulting organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales cybersecurity engagements across assigned enterprise accounts, aligning solutions to customer risk and objectives.
• Serve as a primary technical and advisory liaison during the sales cycle, guiding discovery and requirements.
• Partner with Account Executives and the Practice to design and propose cybersecurity solutions that drive services-led growth.
• Architect end-to-end cybersecurity solutions and write Statements of Work with clear scope and outcomes.
• Maintain momentum from discovery to proposal and coordinate with delivery teams for alignment.
