Pluralsight is seeking Independent Contract Cybersecurity Instructors to deliver live, instructor-led training for Fortune 500 clients, both virtually and in-person. You will craft realistic threat scenarios, host CTF events, and run tabletop exercises to drive practical security outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cybersecurity and 2+ years in training, with deep expertise in incident response, MITRE ATT&CK, and security tooling.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on cybersecurity experience.
• Minimum 2 years of instructional, training, or workshop facilitation experience.
• Deep expertise in incident response workflows, MITRE ATT&CK, and security frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver live instructor‑led cybersecurity training for enterprise clients (virtual and onsite).
• Design industry‑tailored threat scenarios, author CTF challenges, and set up lab/sandbox environments.
• Facilitate decision‑making workflows, post‑exercise debriefs, and technical walkthroughs reinforcing defensive remediation.
• Stay current on emerging threat landscapes, MITRE ATT&CK TTPs, and industry standards.
• Represent Pluralsight professionally while creating an engaging, high‑energy learning environment.
• Monitor the Instructor Portal to manage class opportunities and communications with project managers.
