Job summary

Earlston Academy is building a network of instructors to deliver remote, cohort-based cybersecurity training. This role focuses on creating content, delivering live online sessions, and mentoring students to help them gain job-ready skills.

The ideal candidate will be currently working in cybersecurity with 7+ years of experience, hold relevant certifications, and possess strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts clearly to students.

Qualifications

• Currently working in cybersecurity or a closely related field.
• Relevant, current cybersecurity certifications.
• 7+ years of experience in the subject area you teach.
• Demonstrated professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain cybersecurity course content and learning materials.
• Lead engaging live online sessions for assigned cohorts.
• Teach practical, industry-relevant cybersecurity concepts.
• Develop exercises, projects, assessments, and demonstrations.
• Mentor students and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep course content current with evolving tools, threats, and practices.
