Qualifications

• Experience documenting governance processes, standards, and service transitions.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity and operational information into clear documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Teams, Forms) and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Governance operations, coordination of meetings, actions, dependencies and records.
• Gather business, technical, and operational requirements from stakeholders and translate into artifacts.
• Document needs, current-state challenges, processes, decisions, and outcomes.
• Provide admin support for AFC platforms including SharePoint, Jira, Smartsheet, Forms, Teams, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365.
• Draft and maintain governance standards, playbooks, templates, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support governance objectives and platform adoption.
