LMI Consulting, LLC seeks a Cybersecurity Engineer (Clearance Required) to support an Army program modernizing platform infrastructure with secure, scalable, cloud-enabled systems. You will advise ISSM and engineers, maintain authorization artifacts, and coordinate remediation within Agile delivery.

Responsibilities include RMF artifacts, transitioning from NIST SP 800-53 Rev4 to Rev5, and integrating security into cloud operations and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualificações

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering, information assurance, RMF, or secure systems operations.
• Active DoDI 8140 qualification.
• Strong understanding of DoD cloud security (AWS GovCloud, Azure IL5/IL6, Zero Trust).
• Experience developing or maintaining RMF authorization artifacts and managing POA&M in eMASS or similar workflow.
• Experience with cloud security operations, vulnerability management, or security monitoring in AWS or other clouds.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, and secure lifecycle planning.
• Clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the system security authorization package in eMASS.
• Prepare and maintain RMF artifacts including the SSP, Security Assessment Report, and Continuous Monitoring Strategy.
• Curate evidence for NIST SP 800-53 Revision 5 transition and security control implementation.
• Create, track, and update POA&Ms in eMASS and internal tickets.
• Collaborate with System Owners, Cloud Architects, and System Administrators to define remediation timelines and resource needs.
• Review noncompliance closures and remediation evidence for ISSM approval.
• Assess impact of cybersecurity tasks on cloud architecture, workloads, and boundaries.
• Review STIGs and implement requirements using STIG Viewer and automated tools.
• Integrate vulnerability analysis, secure configuration validation, and DevSecOps in GitLab CI/CD and Agile workflows.
• Support continuous monitoring and vulnerability scanning with ACAS and related tools.
• Maintain cybersecurity dashboards and track POA&M aging and incident responses.
