Job summary

Concept Plus is seeking a highly capable Cybersecurity Analyst to support a critical software modernization initiative for a federal client. You will analyze mission-focused requirements, streamline processes, and translate business needs into actionable cybersecurity insights within an Agile/DevSecOps framework.

The role emphasizes secure, timely delivery, collaboration with ISSMs, and alignment with DoD policies, including RMF/ATO management and vulnerability remediation using industry tools.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with an active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field.
• 8+ years of experience as Cyber Analyst.
• 5+ years’ experience with ATO procurement in Cloud Environment.
• 5+ years in DoD Environment.
• 5+ Years Experience with the Risk Management Framework Process.
• 5+ Years Experience operating the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service Application (eMASS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain RMF/ATO lifecycle, update SSPs, POA&Ms, risk assessments, and continuous monitoring artifacts.
• Ensure system confidentiality, integrity, and availability per NIST 800-53 and DoD policies.
• Support Agile/DevSecOps deployments, integrating cybersecurity into sprints and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform vulnerability scanning and remediation using listed tools and ensure DISA STIGs compliance.
• Collaborate with ISSMs and AO reps to support audits and risk mitigation.
• Track and respond to cybersecurity incidents with timely recovery actions.
• Develop and maintain ISAs, MOAs, SoD matrices, and security architecture artifacts.
