Job summary

New Charter Technologies, LLC seeks a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States–based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk management initiatives, and strategic security advisory services for clients.

As a senior compliance expert within the Cybersecurity Services team, you will guide audits across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001 and provide vCISO advisory, executive risk reporting, and leadership to the security

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/cybersecurity, governance, risk, or regulatory compliance.
• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001 with audits and evidence management.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, managing third-party risk, and supporting cyber insurance.
• Excellent client-facing communication with ability to advise executives and relate security controls to business needs.
• Experience across Windows, macOS, cloud, networking, and identity environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives and risk assessments across multiple frameworks.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance processes for client engagements.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, roadmaps, and executive risk reporting.
• Guide AI governance, data protection, and emerging security risks with stakeholders.
• Coordinate audits, evidence management, and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with security operations on incident response and vulnerability management.
