New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States‑based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk management, and advisory services for clients, driving governance across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001.

You will guide and coach the security team, translate risks into actionable plans, and deliver executive risk reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/cybersecurity, governance, risk, or regulatory compliance.
• CISSP certification in good standing.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001 with audits.

Responsabilités

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001.
• Oversee risk assessments, third‑party risk, and remediation tracking.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, security strategy, and executive reporting.
