Job summary

New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States-based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001, and provide vCISO advisory services to clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, governance, risk, or regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
• Conduct compliance gap assessments, crosswalks, maturity evaluations, and remediation tracking.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, including security strategy and executive reporting.
• Guide clients on AI governance, data protection, and emerging security risks.
• Oversee delivery to ensure contractual security commitments are fulfilled and remediation is tracked.
