Job summary

New Charter Technologies seeks a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager to lead compliance programs, risk management, and advisory services for clients from a remote US-based location.

As a senior compliance expert within the Cybersecurity Services team, you will drive initiatives across NIST CSF, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001, while guiding and coaching the security and compliance team as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information technology, cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001 with audits.
• Experience with third‑party risk, vendor due diligence, and compliance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk assessments, policy development, and audit prep for multi‑framework standards.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, roadmaps, 투자 planning, and executive reporting to clients and boards.
• Oversee Security Program Platform, governance, risk, and compliance processes across engagements.
• Guide AI governance, data protection, and emerging security risks for client environments.
