Job summary

New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager to lead multi‑framework compliance programs and risk management for clients in a remote, United States‑based role. You will act as a senior compliance expert within the Cybersecurity Services team, partnering with clients and executives to strengthen security programs and meet contractual obligations.

You will guide training, governance, and client engagements across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI‑DSS,

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
Active CISSP certification in good standing.
Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001; experience supporting audits and evidence management.

Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks and guide remediation tracking.
Provide vCISO advisory services, security roadmaps, and executive-level reporting.
Oversee governance, risk, and compliance processes within the Security Program Platform.
Manage third-party risk, cyber insurance questionnaires, renewals, and vendor due diligence.
Communicate security findings and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
