New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a remote Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager in the United States. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk management initiatives, and advisory services for clients within the CSS team, collaborating with executives, security operations, and analysts.

You will drive multi‑framework compliance across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001, while providing vCISO guidance, audit support, and executive risk

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, cybersecurity, governance, risk, or regulatory compliance.
• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001 with audit support.
• Experience in risk assessments, third‑party/vendor risk, cyber insurance, and compliance automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance processes in Security Program Platform.
• Manage internal and client risk assessments and third‑party due diligence.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, including security roadmaps and executive reporting.
• Guide clients on AI governance, data protection, and emerging risks.
• Maintain audit-ready security policies and remediation tracking.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual security commitments.
• Lead executive strategy meetings and communicate risks to stakeholders.
