Job summary

Ensemble RCM LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to design and review security architectures across cloud, infrastructure, applications, identity, networks, and data environments. You will translate HIPAA, HITRUST, and NIST CSF requirements into technical controls and lead threat modeling efforts.

This remote role based in Blue Ash, OH involves mentoring teams, driving zero-trust, and collaborating with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and GRC. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/Info Security or related field.
• 5–8 years of overall information security experience.
• 2+ years in a cybersecurity or security architecture role.
• Experience designing and securing cloud, application, infrastructure, and data environments.
• Experience conducting threat modeling, architectural reviews, and risk assessments.
• Experience with HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST CSF in regulated environments.
• Cloud security architecture experience across AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design and review security architectures for cloud, infrastructure, application, identity, network, and data environments.
• Develop threat models and identify attack surfaces, risks, and mitigations.
• Participate in architecture reviews and provide security guidance to teams.
• Contribute to the cybersecurity architecture roadmap and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Mentor engineers on secure design practices and standards.
• Translate HIPAA, HITRUST, and NIST CSF into technical controls.
