Job Requirements

1. 5+ years in IT security or cloud security roles required.
2. 3+ years of hands-on experience securing Azure environments.
3. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
4. Relevant certifications such as MS Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate (SC-300), CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM.
5. Experience with Azure Security Services (Azure Defender, MS Sentinel, Azure Key Vault, Azure Policy and Blueprints, Azure Security Center) required.
6. Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD), including conditional access, MFA, and identity protection required.
7. Extensive knowledge of PIM and RBAC required.
8. Experience with NSGs, ASGs, VPN, ExpressRoute, and hybrid connectivity security required.
9. Ability to implement and monitor compliance with regulatory standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc., required.
10. Extensive knowledge of threat modeling, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR tuning, response workflows, security alert triage, and forensics.
11. Ability to perform scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform.
12. Ability to perform integration with CI/CD pipelines for secure deployments (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
13. Ability to create and deliver security architecture reports and documentation.
14. Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
