Job summary

Regions Bank seeks a Business Resilience Engineer to help prepare for disruptions from cyber threats and disasters while safeguarding critical bank operations. You will support design and implementation of resilience strategies, enhance testing, and drive incident response activities.

You will work with the Business Resilience manager to coordinate exercises, update process maps, ensure regulatory alignment, and deliver reports on readiness and test outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS with 10+ years relevant experience.
• Or HS diploma with 14 years of related experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, incident management, cyber security, IT risk or audit.
• Certifications CBCP/CISSP/CISA/CISM strongly preferred.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (SharePoint, JIRA, Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of NIST and regulatory guidance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIA methodology enhancements and sessions with business units.
• Develop cyber recovery and traditional recovery strategies; test capabilities.
• Identify process interdependencies and determine critical paths.
• Plan and administer resilience exercises with business leaders.
• Maintain process maps for resiliency management and reporting.
