Job summary

eSimplicity is seeking a Cyber Business Analyst to support help desk and data analytics operations for a Palantir Foundry platform. You will serve as a liaison between users, engineers, and data stakeholders, performing Tier 1 triage and Tier 2 troubleshooting to ensure reliable platform operations.

The role requires coordinating with government offices, enabling data integrations, and driving continuous improvements in platform usability and support processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering or Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings to identify data sources and requirements.
• Coordinate with data owners and requestors to integrate data.
• Provide Tier 1 triage and Tier 2 troubleshooting for Palantir Foundry workflows.
• Support data pipelines, data models and operational datasets.
• Work with code-based and low-code/no-code solutions for analytics development.
