Job summary

eSimplicity is seeking a dynamic Senior Cyber Business Analyst to support help desk and data analytics operations for a large-scale Palantir Foundry platform. You will serve as a liaison between users, engineers, and data stakeholders, handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues and driving improvements in usability and support processes.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting government or DoD/air-force clients preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (CS/Engineering/Data Science).
• Understanding data governance, data integration, and data quality management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, data protection, and compliance (ATO/PIA/MOA/DSA).
• Ability to manage multiple data connection projects and priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings to identify data sources and requirements.
• Coordinate with data owners to establish connections and document processes.
• Provide Tier 1 triage and Tier 2 troubleshooting for Palantir Foundry data workflows.
• Support users with data pipelines, models, and operational datasets; troubleshoot issues.
• Work with both code-based and low-code/no-code solutions across the platform.
• Assist with data integration capabilities including REST API connectivity and data ingestion/export.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, analysts, and admins to resolve complex issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps, operational processes, and user guidance.
