Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking an MSS Developer to build mission-critical analytics and applications at multiple DoD locations. You will create dashboards and workflows aligned to J7 mission needs and enable operators to explore data with self-service tools.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS/engineering or quantitative field, 4+ years in software/data engineering, and hands-on Palantir experience with active US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or quantitative field.
• 4+ years in software or data engineering, including 1.5+ years with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, AIP, or MSS.
• Experience building dashboards, applications, or pipelines for operational end users.
• Working proficiency in ontology design and pipeline authoring using PySpark.

Responsibilities

• Build operator-facing dashboards, applications, and decision surfaces aligned to J7 workflows.
• Create intuitive, self-service capabilities for operators to explore data.
• Develop data pipelines and ensure data accuracy across MSS deliverables.
• Partner with mission leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
