Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cyber AI Security Manager to bridge AI engineering and cybersecurity. You will help clients securely adopt AI, design secure architectures, and drive AI-enabled security solutions across engagements.

In this role you will collaborate with AI developers, DevOps, and product teams, lead security assessments, and stay ahead of AI regulatory requirements while traveling domestically as needed. Bachelor's degree required; CISSP or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years' experience in cybersecurity focused on securing software and data-intensive products.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
Experience with AI frameworks and GenAI security.
Hands-on experience designing, developing, or integrating AI/ML or GenAI solutions, including experience with LLM APIs, AI agents/tools, and modern AI application architectures.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex security topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Willingness to travel domestically approximately 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

Identify cybersecurity use cases for AI and translate them into prototypes, production solutions, or scalable service offerings.
Collaborate closely with AI developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to identify security vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI systems to proactively mitigate risks.
Design, develop, or deploy secure AI and ML applications with a focus on safeguarding PII.
Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements for AI solutions.
Document security protocols, conduct training sessions, and promote security awareness within the team.
