IDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II for a remote opportunity to drive Phase 2 CXOne deployment across multiple contact centers.

You will own planning, execution, dependencies, and escalation management to ensure a successful rollout in a large enterprise environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage schedules and governance, and maintain documentation across Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.

Formación

• 3+ years of IT project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with contact center deployments or large-scale CX deployments.
• Proficiency with MS Project and PPM tools.
• Experience owning end-to-end execution including risk/issue management and stakeholder communications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and execution for Phase 2 of CXOne deployment across multiple contact centers.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical and business resources, plus vendor teams, to drive milestone completion.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks/issues, communications, and escalations for implementation readiness.
• Provide consistent stakeholder updates, status reporting, and governance to support on-time delivery across workstreams.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure delivery through Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid frameworks.
