CPG Beyond, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented CxAlloy Administrator to join our team. This remote role focuses on managing the CxAlloy platform to support project workflows, data integrity, and overall project success from Ashburn, VA area.

The successful candidate will coordinate activities, manage access, monitor progress, and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience in project administration or system administration roles preferred.
• Proficiency with documentation tools and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CxAlloy platform to support project workflows and data integrity.
• Coordinate project activities and assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage user access, permissions, and training related to the CxAlloy system.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within the platform and elevate as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
