Job summary

CPG is seeking a detail-oriented CxAlloy Administrator to support project workstreams and data integrity. You will manage the CxAlloy platform, assist project managers with scheduling and documentation, and provide timely updates to stakeholders from our Ashburn area workstream.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with CxAlloy or similar systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or project management.
• Experience supporting project teams in a administration role.
• Familiarity with CxAlloy or similar PM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CxAlloy platform to support project workflows and data integrity.
• Coordinate project activities and assist PMs with scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage user access, permissions, and training related to the CxAlloy system.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within the platform and escalate as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
