Tithe.ly is hiring a Remote CX Systems Administrator to own and optimize the core CX technology stack from Zendesk to HubSpot and associated tools. You will architect scalable workflows, ensure data integrity, and deploy automation across platforms to support churches worldwide.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in SaaS administration, strong experience with Zendesk and HubSpot, and a proven ability to map complex conditional processes and integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical administration experience within a SaaS environment.
• Deep administrative experience with Zendesk and HubSpot, incl. complex routing and integrations.
• Strong ability to map complex conditional processes (If/Then logic) prior to build.
• Solid understanding of SaaS integration methods: webhooks, APIs, and middleware tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the CX tech stack, including Zendesk, Community Software, and related CX tools.
• Manage data mapping, sync logic, and integrations across HubSpot, Zendesk, and ChurnZero.
• Build and maintain complex automated workflows and triggers across CX systems.
