Job summary

Tithe.ly is seeking a CX Systems Administrator to own the administration, configuration, and optimization of our CX technology stack. You will architect scalable workflows, maintain data integrity across platforms, and build automation for AI and workforce tools to support churches globally.

Remote - USA role reporting to the Director of Customer Operations. Requires 3+ years in SaaS admin, deep Zendesk/HubSpot experience, and strong integration skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical administration experience within a SaaS environment.
• Deep admin experience with Zendesk and HubSpot, including complex routing and workflows.
• Strong ability to map complex conditional processes (If/Then logic) prior to build.
• Solid understanding of SaaS integrations via webhooks, APIs, and middleware tools.
• Meticulous testing and validation before deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own Zendesk, Community Software, and related CX tools; manage routing, triggers, and macros.
• Map data, sync logic, and integrations across HubSpot, Zendesk, and ChurnZero.
• Build complex automated workflows, nested triggers, and custom fields across CX systems.
• Configure feedback via Simplesat and manage retention/cancellation workflows in ProsperStack.
• Maintain AI agents, workforce tools like Assembled, and support internal teams as escalation point.
