Job summary
Felix Health is seeking a customer support specialist to join our remote-first team. You will engage with patients via chat and email, ensuring clear, empathetic communication and resolving issues to improve the patient experience.
You'll collaborate with pharmacy, medical, and logistics partners to support patients, guide onboarding, and explain pricing, processes, or product details. Experience in digital health is a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with Intercom Helpdesk or a related platform is a plus.
- Telehealth or digital health background is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and genuinely personalized support to Felix patients through chat and email.
- Collaborate with pharmacy, medical, and logistics partners to support patients across their healthcare journey.
- Guide patients through onboarding with patience and clarity, answering questions on pricing, process, or product.
- Work alongside AI tools with great attention to detail, and suggest improvements where AI responses fall short.
- Serve as the voice of the patient, capturing learnings and sharing insights across the Felix organization.
- Spot patterns, flag gaps, and help improve how we support patients over time.
