Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with high-volume communication.
• Familiarity with Intercom Helpdesk or similar support tools.
• Background in telehealth or digital health is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive support to Felix patients via chat and email.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, medical and logistics teams to assist patients.
• Guide patients through onboarding with clear pricing and process explanations.
• Work with AI tools, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Represent the voice of the patient and share insights across the org.
• Identify patterns and suggest enhancements to support processes.
