HT Travels is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist to support clients remotely from a flexible schedule. You will guide travelers through planning, coordinate reservations, answer questions via phone, email, and online channels, and stay updated on destinations and supplier offers.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacations and travel experiences.
• Coordinate travel reservations and itinerary details.
• Respond to client questions through phone, email, and online communication.
• Research destinations, cruises, resorts, hotels, and vacation packages.
• Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences from beginning to end.
