SavATree is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support remote customers. You will respond to inbound calls and web inquiries, conduct consultative discovery, and document needs in CRM while scheduling appointments for Sales Arborists.

This role emphasizes responsive, premium service with fast speed-to-lead, accurate CRM notes, and a professional, solution-oriented approach. 2+ years in customer service and CRM/telephony proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phone- and email-based customer service.
• Friendly, professional phone voice and interactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience navigating CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Comfort using telephony systems and contact center technology.
• Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound phone calls from prospective customers.
• Respond rapidly to inbound web inquiries, with speed-to-lead as a key focus area.
• Document all customer interactions, notes, and outcomes within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Schedule high-quality, in-person appointments for Sales Arborists.
