Estes Forwarding Worldwide, LLC is hiring a Customs Entry Writer to prepare and file documents for US imports in a remote setting. You will interact with vendors, agencies, and customers to ensure accurate entries and timely clearance, with a focus on compliance and high attention to detail.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of customs entry writing experience in import/export, plus knowledge of CargoWise.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of logistics software and CargoWise.
• Advanced knowledge of customs regulations and government agency requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret general business documents.

Responsibilities

• Complete customs documentation for accurate and timely import of shipments.
• Maintain and update customs clearance documentation and process entries compliantly.
• Manage customer queries and provide resolutions with government agencies.
