• Strong documentation skills; turn complex workflows into clear materials.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; able to produce polished job aids.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site training at client locations before, during, and after go-lives, covering POS operations and workflows.
• Host engaging training sessions tailored to audience groups such as site managers, cashiers, and tunnel staff.
• Provide post-transition follow-up visits or virtual refresher trainings to reinforce adoption.
