Kleos Space is seeking a Customer Support Agent to be a primary contact for users, handling requests through HubSpot and guiding customers with clear, empathetic communication.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer support, strong English (B2) and Russian skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a fully remote role within CET hours, with a 5-day work week and opportunities for professional development.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of customer support experience.
• Clear, respectful, and empathetic communication.
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
• Adapt communication style to different customers.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to find answers independently.
• Genuine interest in the product and depth of understanding.
• English at B2 level.
• Fluency in Russian.
• Candidates based in Europe, Armenia, or Georgia.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming B2B and B2C customer requests through HubSpot.
• Help users navigate the product, find solutions, and explain things clearly.
• Work with Product and Development to clarify information and resolve complex cases.
• Share user feedback and contribute to product improvements.
• Maintain and improve the knowledge base.
