Spade Recruiting is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals for a fully remote position in a well-established supplemental benefits organization. You will assist clients with questions about products and coverage, explain benefits clearly, and help them determine next steps.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset.

• Maintain accurate client information and provide consistent follow-up
