Sales Match is seeking an Online Order Representative to handle online order inquiries from customers. You will work remotely with a dedicated customer support team, resolving order questions from checkout through delivery while sharing accurate updates.

A 40-hour weekly commitment is required, with varying shifts and days. The role emphasizes clear written communication, attention to order details, and teamwork with fulfillment and support teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior experience needed; prior ecommerce support is a plus.
• Ability to learn approved procedures and adapt to new tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer emails and service tickets via the support platform.
• Review order numbers and status in the ecommerce system before guiding customers.
• Log questions and actions in CRM for continuity across agents.
• Explain order details, cancellations, and delivery estimates clearly to customers.
• Monitor shipment progress and distinguish estimates from confirmed carrier updates.
