Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Client Services team within the Service Group. You will support Financial Advisors, staff, and external clients. This is a remote role, but candidates must live in the Mesa, AZ area.

You will educate clients on account services, troubleshoot tech issues, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Previous call center experience and banking familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous call center and customer service experience required.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
• Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, and Active Directory is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with monitors, speakers, keyboards, and mice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
