Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Client Services team within the Service Group, supporting Financial Advisors, staff, and external clients. You will deliver outstanding service and strengthen client relationships while ensuring a seamless support experience for internal and external customers.

This remote role requires residency in the Mesa, AZ area. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, educating clients on account services, and resolving issues with

Qualifications

• At least a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous call center and customer service experience.
• Banking, financial services, or wealth management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
• Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, and Active Directory is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with monitors, speakers, keyboards, and mice.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook troubleshooting techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from branch personnel and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
