Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Financial Advisors, staff, and external clients. This remote role is limited to candidates in the Mesa, AZ area with a focus on delivering outstanding service and maintaining client relationships.

You will handle inbound calls, educate clients on account services, and troubleshoot common technology issues. Prior experience in banking or wealth management is preferred. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior call center and customer service experience.
• Banking, financial services, or wealth management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
• Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, and Active Directory.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with monitors, speakers, keyboards, and mice.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook troubleshooting techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
